Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time registered nurse (RN) to help out with client visits, caregiver check-ins, and clinical assessments, under the supervision and guidance of our Director of Nursing.
Experience in home healthcare is preferred, but is not required, and all applicants must be willing to undergo a thorough background screening, with no negative findings (including felonies, thefts, etc) and must not have any disciplinary reports on the nurse aide registry.
Applicants should be friendly and outgoing, and willing to travel from location to location in the greater Omaha area (including Council Bluffs) on a daily basis, to visit with both clients and caregivers.
Applicants must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, as well as work “on-call” (be able to take on all nursing questions/comments/concerns, as well as make impromptu visits when necessary) over the weekend (Friday night through Monday morning), for at least 2 weekends per month.
Must be able to attend weekly staff meetings to discuss ket performance indicators and any client, caregiver, or office staff needs/concerns. These meetings are currently held on Monday mornings, but may be changed if necessary to suit the scheduling needs of the office staff.
Applicants must be able to keep their workspace, including files, organized, and follow HIPAA compliant procedures, and must be able to operate Windows operating system, and its components, as well as Chrome operating system (chromebooks/internet). A tech-savvy applicant is ideal, but those who may have less experience can learn through training.
Part-Time RN may be asked to assist with office tasks, such as paperwork, filing, reporting, charting, or assisting with in-service training as well as other tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:
⦁ Must have a valid, active registered nursing license in the state of Nebraska with no negative findings on the nurse aide registry.
⦁ Must have a valid, up-to-date, Driver’s License.
⦁ Must have your own, reliable, transportation, with proof of insurance.
⦁ Must be able to pass a thorough background check free of any felonies, thefts, etc.
⦁ Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
⦁ Must be able to multi-task.
⦁ Must be friendly and outgoing.
⦁ Must be willing to travel to various locations on a daliy basis to execute the duties of job.
⦁ Must be willing to work with clients that oen pets, including, but not limited to, cats and dogs.
⦁ Must be able to understand an appropriately utilize Windows OS, Microsoft products, and Google Chrome software.
