Great service is only possible with great people

Our belief is simple: If we take care of our caregivers, they will take care of our clients. To achieve this, we do our very best to make Way to Stay a positive and fulfilling place to work. Our caregivers can work as many (or as few) hours as they want, and we do not require weekends or evenings, providing a schedule tailored to their needs. We offer competitive pay based on experience, as well as CNA and CMA training to allow our staff to grow and advance their career. Beyond the tangible benefits, we work hard to make Way to Stay the kind of place our employees want to be by fostering an environment that is welcoming, supportive, and rewarding.
